Resolved

There are a lot of things that happen to us as we go through our days. Life is complicated and there is no way to know everything about everything all the time. There are billions of other people sharing the planet and each is making decisions we may know nothing about. Those choices may impact our lives in ways we could never predict and tangle the way ahead. Problems will come, issues will arise and the road forward may be completely blocked. When things go awry we can ignore what’s happening and try to keep pushing through and that might work. But if it doesn’t, we can stop and look at everything objectively and determine how we want to proceed. By examining each situation openly and patiently we will come to understand it more completely and determine what we need to do to get around the problem and continue on. Examination leads to understanding which then leads to resolution. Ignoring problems or refusing to look at them will never move us ahead. It’s pointless to keep banging on a door that will not open. All the answers we need to succeed will always be available, and when we take the time necessary to find and apply them, the road ahead will open and we will be able to proceed with confidence and clarity. Every success is possible and nothing is out of reach if we’re willing to do what is needed to make them ours. We are wise and capable, and nothing is too difficult for us to manage.

Some journeys are very long and hard. Big goals often take a lot of planning and time to accomplish. If the road has been difficult and filled with complications, and we are only able to make small advances we may become discouraged. After a long time of trying and working hard to move the needle, if we still are nowhere near the goal, we may begin to believe we cannot succeed. Our hope may start to wane and we may start thinking about giving up. If the goal is important to us, it doesn’t matter how long it takes to reach it. Each step forward takes us closer to the prize, and if we journey on no matter what, we will prevail.

Some people think they know more about what’s good for us than we do. They may tell us to let go of something we want because it’s too difficult and there is no way we will succeed. They have their own opinions but we know who we are and what we want. When problems come, we can do what is needed to understand the situation clearly and find the answers we need. We are intelligent and stronger than we imagine. Every single dream is possible and with wisdom and patience, we will make them ours.

Today if you’re overwhelmed by a situation, take the time you need to examine it clearly and gain understanding. Listen carefully and the answers will come. There isn’t anything you can’t do and no problem you can’t solve. You are amazing and already possess everything you need to reach success. Everything is there for you. Every dream is waiting. Be confident and step forward, and make them yours.

Lots of Rocks

When there is a field we want to plant, before we can start anything we must first take a good look at what’s on and in the ground. There may be lots of rocks that will prevent us from planting, and we may need to go through and remove them. If the terrain is very rough we may have large boulders that must be taken away and tons of smaller but unworkable stones that must be removed. It may be a long and hard process to get them all moved off before we can begin tilling up the soil and planting. In our lives we may have many plans for things we want to do, but just like in that field, before we can begin we’ll have to make sure whatever is standing in the way is moved aside or we can find a way around it. It’s impossible to move forward if there’s an obstacle in our path blocking our way. Some goals come easily and the road to success is clear and open, but others take more time and planning to resolve problems and complications. There may be lots of rocks, but we are intelligent and highly capable and can find our way around anything we must. Every goal is possible but they won’t all come easily. If we’re committed and determined, there isn’t anything we can’t overcome and move through to get to the destination. We can be confident that we will find all the answers we need, and trust ourselves to figure out whatever comes. Every success is possible and with focus and clarity we can reach every goal.

We’ve all heard the story about the magic lamp and the genie who will grant us our wishes. But this is real life and sadly, there are no real genies. We can wish and hope for lots of things, but wishing and hoping will never bring them to us. Daydreaming about what could be will not change our situation. We are in control of our lives, and if there’s something we want we can achieve it but we’ll have to do what is needed to make it ours. It may take a lot of time and effort, it may be harder than we thought at the beginning, and the road may be long and difficult. But success will always be possible and we can achieve anything we desire.

Life is fickle and change is constant. We may try to accomplish something that seems to get harder instead of easier as we move along. There may be constant problems and seemingly endless complications, but anything worth having is worth working for. We are stronger and more powerful than we think we are. Nothing is too difficult or complex for us to figure out and if we need help we can get it. Every single dream is possible, and if we continue to step forward undaunted, we will succeed.

Today if there are a lot of obstacles blocking your way forward, do not despair. You are amazing, wise and powerful. The road may be long and complex, but you have everything you need to succeed. Trust yourself. Every goal and destination are waiting. Stand strong and step forward with confidence and clarity. Nothing is too difficult for you to overcome and you will prevail.

Frozen In Place

We all have things we want to accomplish and can work toward any goal we desire. We can do anything we like but there may be times when what we want to do depends on something changing or someone else showing up. We only have control over our own decisions, and cannot read the future. Although there is no way to know when things will change, we may choose to stand still while we wait for everything to fall into place. We want to be ready and don’t want to be distracted when the door finally opens. It’s good to be prepared for what we want, but standing still will never make anything happen. The world will continue to move on, and everything around us will continue to change. If we stay frozen in place, watching and waiting, we may miss important and worthwhile opportunities. Once a day passes, it can never be recaptured, and the time that has gone by is lost forever. We can wait for whatever we like, but while we wait, we can continue moving toward our own personal goals. There is no need to put our lives on hold for anything. There will always be another goal to focus on and another road ahead. By focusing on what we want the most, and moving forward with determination and focus, we will reach great success.

We are in control of our own destiny. If we want something, it’s up to us to make it ours. Others may not agree with the goals we set, and may tell us they are too hard to achieve and we should stay where we are and be happy with what we’ve got. We can certainly take their suggestions to heart, but our lives belong to us. We can decide what we want, and where we’ll go, and never need agreement or permission to do anything we desire.

Change is constant in our lives, and nothing stays the same indefinitely. No matter what we choose to do, life around us will continue forward. Standing still and waiting for someone to show up, or for a situation to morph into something that works for us will not hold anything in place. People will move on, and we may lose valuable connections. We can continue toward the destinations we desire most while we wait, and find great joy and satisfaction in success.

Today if you’re waiting and have been frozen in place, remember how valuable you are. Decide what you want the most, and step forward toward the goal. The future is there for you, and there is no need to delay any success. You are strong and powerful, and everything is possible. Look ahead and be confident. Every destination awaits, and you will reach them all.

Crushed

Everyone wants an easy life filled with happiness and good fortune. Nobody wants to go through hard times or suffer. We all want the roads ahead to be paved, and easy to traverse. It’s natural to want things to go well, and many times they will, but this is real life and not fantasy land. There will be few times when everything goes exactly the way we want it to, and we are blissfully happy. We will have wonderful moments filled with joy that bring us great fulfillment and satisfaction, but we’ll also likely have difficult times where we may struggle and feel serious pain. The betrayal of a friend or loved one, the loss of a relationship, the death of someone dear – all carry with them grief and suffering. When we feel crushed by the weight of sorrow or disappointment, we may feel we’ll never get through and believe there is no way we’ll ever survive. Serious pain and loss are very hard to bear. We may have to sit down and stay in place for a while as we cope and try to recover. Grief takes as long as it takes. There is no need to rush, and we can stand still for as long as we need to. Although we may be certain this is the end, and we are finished, that will never be true. No matter what has happened, no matter how bad the situation is, no matter how defeated we feel, the sun will rise again tomorrow. All the answers we need will be there for us. When we’re ready, we can take one step forward, and start again. We are stronger and more powerful than we think we are. Hard times may push us down, but nothing is powerful enough to stop us forever. Time will heal the pain, and clarity will return. Every blessing is there for us, and success is just ahead. By trusting ourselves, and taking our time, we will find the road forward.

When we’re on a road trip, if we get a flat tire, we aren’t doomed to remain by the side of the road forever. The trip does not end because something went wrong. We can do what is necessary to fix the problem and then continue on. If something dreadful happens that upends our lives and stops us cold, it doesn’t mean it’s the end. We aren’t endlessly frozen in time. Every problem has a solution. No matter how bad things seem or how dark it gets, the road ahead will still be there for us.

When something happens that rocks us deeply, we may feel broken and lost. Our whole world may turn upside down and everything we thought we could count on may disappear. That doesn’t mean our lives are over. By stepping back and looking at everything openly and objectively, we will find the way forward. There is great success waiting, and nothing can keep us from reaching it.

Today if something has knocked you down, and you feel crushed and broken, take the time you need to see everything clearly. This is just a passage, and cannot last forever. You are powerful and strong, and have everything you need to get through. Trust yourself and look ahead. All your dreams are still possible, and you will make them yours.

Wait

As we go through our lives and work on our goals, we’ll experience many different situations. Sometimes things fall into place without too much trouble and we can move ahead toward the destination we’re seeking without a lot of discomfort or duress. It’s always great to get to a goal quickly, but we may face challenges and complications that keep us from moving forward and cause irritation and frustration. There is no way to know how any road will roll out before we start walking on it. Even if someone has gone before and alerted us to whatever pitfalls may await, things may change and we may face an entirely different scenario. If we’ve been trying hard to get through and can’t seem to make any headway, we might think the goal is impossible. Changing our minds and changing our plans is always an option, but nothing is over until it’s over. Are we really at the end where there is no hope of advancement, or is this just a long delay? There’s no way to know what will happen next, and if we rush to quit we’ll never find out. Every goal is possible but we may have to wait for them to become available. Although everything can be done, they can’t all be done today. If we’re stuck and can’t find a way around, we don’t have to abandon everything. We can set it aside for now, work on something else, and return later when our circumstances have changed. Change is constant and nothing can stay the same forever. The opportunity to move ahead will come and when it does, we can be ready to seize the moment and start again. Life is full of opportunities and if we’re patient and persistent, there isn’t anything we can’t accomplish. Great success is always there for us, and we have what is needed to make it ours.

When we know what we want, it’s very hard to wait but there are lots of people all around us, and some may make decisions that impact our ability to move forward. There may be situations beyond our reach that impede our progress, and we may get stuck waiting for them to resolve. While we wait, we can think about all the options possible that will take us to success. There may be another way around the situation, and by standing still and looking at everything objectively, the answers will appear. We are highly capable and intelligent, and nothing can keep us from anything we desire.

When we take a road trip, it’s easier to travel over smooth, paved roads. We can make good time and get to the destination quickly without too much distress. But if we face a detour and must continue on muddy, uneven terrain, we may be delayed. However, if we’re going in the right direction, we’ll still reach the goal. If we want to get there, a muddy road can’t keep us from success and neither can any other complication. We know what we want and can reach every destination. Nothing can hold us in place indefinitely, and the whole world is there for us.

Today if you’re stuck and nothing you do can move you ahead, set the goal aside for now. Wait until the door opens and you can move forward. The goal will still be there and if you’re patient and wise, you will reach it. You are amazing and more powerful than you realize. Watch for the sign and start again. Every destination is possible and you will succeed.
