Got That

We go through a lot of experiences as we navigate the days of our lives. We learn something new with each event and carry that information forward with us to help us in the future. Sometimes life is easy and everything goes exactly the way we want it to. Other times, things go wrong and we may make a big mistake because of factors of which we are unaware, or because we don’t have all the information we need. It’s difficult to face a shortcoming or error in judgement, but as we untangle what’s happened, we gain a lot of information about what doesn’t work and how we can manage more successfully next time. However, if we don’t take time to understand how we fumbled the ball, it’s possible we could do it again. Repeating mistakes will never help us reach our goals. We are capable of learning from every venture and by paying attention and gleaning everything possible from a stumble, we can be confident we won’t repeat it. Once we figure things out, we can move forward sure of ourselves, better prepared for the next time we encounter the same situation. Life is all about learning. We’ll find greater success if we apply ourselves to learning what we can from every experience, good or bad. There is no need to go around in circles again and again. We have everything we need to move forward through any complication, take the lessons with us, and move ahead toward the goals we desire. Nothing, no matter how complex, is strong enough to hold us in place indefinitely. We are wise and powerful, and will always find the answers we need. Every blessing we seek is there for us, and we can find the way to make all our dreams come true.

We can do anything we want, and success is always possible. If we try to accomplish something and end up on the wrong road, or facing a big obstacle, we can try again. Failing to reach the goal the first time out doesn’t mean the goal is unreachable. It only means the first road we took didn’t take us there. There are unlimited roads to every destination. We can regroup and try something new. If that doesn’t work, we can try again. If the goal is important, we will find the way to accomplish it. The answers are there for us, and with determination and focus, we will find them.

Nobody knows us better than we know ourselves. Nobody can see the potential inside us as clearly as we can, or understand how much we want to succeed. We are always in control of our lives, and don’t need approval or agreement to pursue any goal we desire. We can do anything, and nothing is off limits. Each step we take will move us a little closer to the destinations we desire and with patience and resolve, we can go anywhere we choose. It’s all up to us. We can have the lives we dream about and find complete happiness.

Today if you’ve made a mistake and things have fallen apart, remember how strong and wise you are. You can change direction and correct anything that’s gone awry. Every answer you need is there for you. You are amazing and powerful, and every goal is possible. Be confident and step forward. Every blessing is attainable, and nothing can keep you from success.

Greatness

The world is filled with all kinds of people. There are millions of us with endless ideas and expressions regarding how things should go and what we should do. Most people are good and will do their best to live a noble and virtuous life, and we can always make  good decisions about own lives. As we strive to live well, there will always be a lot of influences around us. There are constant messages about how we should look, what we should have, where we should live, and thousands of other opinions. We could never measure up to all the values and attributes others suggest, and trying to do so may lead to feelings of inadequacy and imperfection. The world is full of ideas and it’s impossible to emulate every single one. If we try to become what someone else thinks we should be, or do what they think we should do, we will lose our own uniqueness and the gifts we have to offer will be lost. We were created to be exactly who we are. We are the only one like us in all creation. The only one. Nobody else will ever be able to give the world what we offer. It doesn’t matter what others are doing, it doesn’t matter what they think or how they want us to live. What’s important is that we’re authentic to exactly who we are. It’s easy to forget the greatness we bring, but it will always be there inside us, ready to share. We can recognize what a true blessing we are and how important our influence is to the world around us. Nothing could ever replace us or take our place. We are where we need to be at this very moment, and can do anything we want going forward. The whole world is blessed because we are here, and our influence is great and valuable.

It’s always easy to bring people together when they share a common interest. They understand each other’s perspectives and their shared concerns give them a base for recognition and communication. We can share anything we like in our lives, but we never need to conform to someone else’s view. Going along to get along will never bring us the happiness or satisfaction we deserve. Being completely authentic and genuine in our choices will bring us great contentment and gratification.

Pianos do not have unlimited keys. They always have eighty-eight keys and although the tones are limited, the melodies that can be created using them are endless. Imagine what would happen if they had endless keys and tones. The possibilities are beyond our comprehension. Our lives are like a piano with unlimited keys. We can do anything, go anywhere, and accomplish any goal we desire. Nothing, absolutely nothing, is off limits. We can make every dream come true and reach any destination we desire. We are powerful and incredible, and our greatness influences everything around us for good.

Today if you’ve been following someone else’s ideas about how you should live your life, remember how great and unique you are. You are like a rare, perfect diamond, one of a kind, and irreplaceable. Be exactly who you are and your influence will enrich us all. Nothing can ever take your place, and the whole world is blessed because you are here.

Possible

Our lives are a reflection of every decision we make. If we’re focused on where we want to go, and make choices that move us closer to our goals, we’ll get to the destinations we want. But life is busy and complicated, and there are endless things that can distract us and pull us away from doing what is needed to find the success we’re seeking. People are constantly coming and going in and out of our lives demanding our time and attention, and countless unpredictable events can push us off track and hold us in place. If we’ve been trying to do something for a while and haven’t made any progress, we may begin to believe we can’t achieve it. Some things may not be available at this moment in time, but everything we desire can be accomplished if we keep our eyes on the goal and take advantage of opportunities as they present. We may have to wait until a better time arises, or we may have to take the long way around to get there, but everything is possible. There will always be a road to the destinations we want. We’re capable of handling details that get in the way, and can find another route if the road we’re on doesn’t work. Our lives are ours to design, and nothing can keep us from what we desire if we’re willing to do what it takes to get it. It doesn’t matter if the goal is hard to reach – we are strong and capable. It doesn’t matter if the road ahead is long and difficult – we are wise and can endure whatever is needed to succeed. All our dreams can come true and we can have the lives we desire most. Nothing is too hard for us to manage or too far away. Every destination is there for us and with determination and focus, we will reach them.

When we’re doing something new or trying to put something together, it’s helpful to consult the instructions. They help and give us added confidence when we get confused or can’t figure out the next step. Unfortunately, our lives don’t come with an instruction manual and when we’re stepping into something new, we’re on our own. There may be others willing to help or we might need to step ahead into the darkness alone. We already possess everything we need to do anything we want. We are more powerful than we realize, and nothing is out of reach.

There are endless reasons not to do something we want. It’s too hard, it’ll take too long, we aren’t sure we can succeed, or it’s Tuesday. If we really don’t want to do something, any excuse will do. But if we want to succeed, and truly desire the goal, nothing can keep us from it. There is no detour big enough to keep us from moving forward, and no complication difficult enough to hold us in place indefinitely. We can do anything. Nothing is too far away or too hard to reach. We can make our dreams come true and have the lives we desire.

Today if a thousand things have gone wrong and you’re starting to believe you can’t succeed, remember how powerful and strong you are. Complications will come but you are smart enough to find a way around them. Your life is in your control and you can do anything you want. Look up and step ahead. Every dream is possible, and you will make them yours.

Deserving It

Life is filled with surprises and uncertainty. We don’t have any control over what comes to us or what others are doing, but we always have control over our own decisions and choices. We can decide what we want, with whom we’ll associate, and where we want to go. Sometimes things will go exactly the way we want them to, and other times we’ll face trials and struggles that challenge us and make the road ahead difficult. When things are going wrong and nothing seems to work, we may wonder what we did to deserve this. Is it possible we caused all this heartache to come upon us? Our decisions always have consequences and there will probably be times when a choice we make takes us somewhere uncomfortable, but often when hard times come, they are the result of a thousand different things over which we had no control. Nobody wants to suffer but trouble will come to us all. We can’t possibly make enough mistakes to deserve every problem that comes our way. We don’t deserve to struggle – it’s just part of life. What we do deserve and can achieve is complete happiness. We can make excellent decisions and choose the roads that take us where we most want to go. There is great satisfaction in being in control of our lives and making choices that move us closer to our goals. Even when things fall apart and everything is upside down, we can be calm and confident that we will prevail, and find the answers we need. They will always be there for us and we have all the wisdom and courage to do what is needed to find them and solve any problem we encounter. Life is uncertain but we can be confident that no matter what comes, we will prevail. We deserve the very best life has to offer, and with patience and determination, will get it.

Our relationships are important to us and when they are positive and beneficial, bring us great peace and comfort. However, we may have a relationship that works against us, and causes pain and hardship. Our lives are ours to design and we never have to stay in situations that bring us pain and sorrow. If our association is keeping us from fulfilling our dreams or causing us serious duress, we can step away. If we are connected by family or professional ties, we can alter the way we interact so that we are comfortable and able to move forward.

We are all unique and have special gifts to offer the world. Nobody can take our place or offer the blessings we have. If our lives aren’t where we want them or we’re headed toward something we don’t desire, we can stop and re-evaluate the way forward. We deserve every dream we choose. There is a road to every destination we want, and we can change course and begin toward them at any time. Every happiness is possible and we have everything we need to find success.

Today if you’re struggling and the dreams you desire seem far away, remember how strong and powerful you are. There isn’t anything you can’t do. You deserve the very best life has to offer and every happiness can be yours. Be confident and trust yourself. Step onto the roads that will take you to the destinations you want the most. Every dream can come true and nothing is out of reach.

Pointing the Way

Unless we live on top of a mountain, an isolated island or in some cave somewhere, there are going to be other people around us. The world is covered with billions of them and no matter where we go, or what we’re doing, odds are we’re going to run into them. They all have ideas about life and how things should go, and they may have ideas about what we should be doing. Everyone is certainly entitled to their own opinions, but when those opinions infringe on our decisions, we may run into complications. It’s unlikely anyone will know more about our lives than we do. They may offer advice and guidance, telling us that if we go where they’re pointing and do what they propose we’ll find happiness. It’s possible they might be right once in a while, and we can always take any suggestions we like, but we know ourselves better than anyone else ever could, and we know what we want and need. Nobody has access to our inner most thoughts and nobody will ever know everything about us. We are unique and entitled to live authentically in ways that represent exactly who we are. There may be differences from those around us but we don’t have to conform to what others are doing. We can do things our way. We are the only ones with the gifts we have to offer. Expressing our true nature and desires, and living our lives in ways that represent who we most want to be will bring us great satisfaction and happiness. There isn’t now, nor will there ever be, anyone else exactly like us. We are unique and exquisite exactly as we are. We can trust ourselves to live our lives honestly and openly. The whole world is blessed because we are here, and nothing can ever take that away.

Some people are very sure of themselves. If they have strong personalities, we may get caught up in their wake and end up following them in their decisions. There’s nothing wrong with going along with something if it’s what we really want to do. But if we’re on the wrong road, headed to a destination we don’t want, we have all the power and authority we need to step off and change direction.

We can have the lives we most desire but first we must decide what kind of lives we want. Do we want to do lots of new things and have many adventures, have a life filled with learning and advancement, or keep things close and well defined? Once we decide what we want the most, we can begin making it a reality. Every dream is possible and every choice is ours to make. We’re in control and can do anything we choose. It’s all up to us. We really can have the lives we dream about.

Today if someone is trying to point the way for you to go, decide what you want the most. You can do what others suggest, or chart your own course. You have so much to offer and we’re all enriched because you are here. Decide what you want and show us who you are. There is no one who can bring the blessings you offer. You are amazing and valuable. Step forward toward the goals you want the most, and you’ll find great success and happiness.
