Our lives are filled with all kinds of unexpected experiences. We never know what will happen next or what tomorrow will bring. Sometimes everything rolls out about the way we think it will, and other times we may be overcome by something we never expected. It’s like we’re treading water peacefully and suddenly something comes along and shoves us under. We may panic at first trying to figure out what’s happened and having no idea what to do next. As we grasp for purchase, and hope for air, we may struggle and weave trying to push up and out. In our desperation and confusion, we may pray for someone to come along with a life preserver to save us, and fix the situation so we can breathe. Hard times come to us all and it’s possible someone might come along at just the right moment who can rescue us from our trial and pave the way forward, but those moments are few and far between. Mostly we have to find the way ourselves. We must continue on even when we’re lost and unsure. We may be uncertain we can succeed, and the way forward may be difficult to see. However, the answers will always be there for us, even if we’re under water, even if it’s dark, and even if we’re standing all alone. There will never be a time when we won’t be able to find them, and open the doors that will lead us to success. We don’t need anyone else to save us. We already have everything we need to find the way ourselves. We are stronger and more capable than we may realize and absolutely nothing is powerful enough to hold us down indefinitely. There will always be a way ahead and we will find it.
Everyone has their own opinions about things. When we’re facing a difficult challenge, some may say we should give up, there’s no way we can prevail. Others may be more encouraging and try to advise us and assist. It doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks about our capabilities or how difficult the problem is. We can always find the answers we need to move forward and solve any issue before us. The road is long and as we step forward, the solutions we need will rise and we will find them.
Nobody wants to suffer and when hard times come, instead of facing them head on, we may try to hide from them or pretend they don’t exist. Ignoring a problem will never solve it and trials will not simply disappear because we don’t want to look at them. Everything will remain the same until we decide to address the issue, take it apart, and resolve it. We are intelligent and wise, and there isn’t anything we can’t untangle. We know what we want and will find the road ahead. Nothing is too difficult for us to manage and we will succeed.
Today if something has seriously gone wrong and you have no idea what to do, take a moment to look around and let the answers rise. They are already there for you. You are smart and capable, and can solve any problem you must. Be confident and step forward. The road ahead will open and you will reach your goal. Nothing is beyond your grasp and success is just ahead. Trust yourself. Everything is possible.
