It would be so great if the things we wanted were easily available and we could just reach out and get them. We could climb every mountain, visit any destination, and achieve anything we desired. Yeah, that would be great, but unfortunately that’s not how life works. While some things may come easily, often what we want most will require careful planning, and lots of work. We can try to find a shortcut and sometimes that might be possible, but most of the time, we’ll have to forge ahead step by step until we get to the destination. Nobody gets a free pass, and we probably won’t win the lottery. Doing the work is the only sure way to pave the road ahead. We can do anything and go anywhere we want, and success is always possible, but we must be willing to do what is required to reach it. There are no magic genies, fairy godmothers, or magical stars. Every destination is possible but it’s up to us to get there. After we decide what we want, we can begin doing everything necessary to make it ours. It doesn’t matter how much work it will take, we can accomplish it. It doesn’t matter how hard it is, we can figure it out. Nothing is too big or too far away. We are stronger, smarter, and more powerful than we think we are. Every single goal is possible and each dream can become reality. We need only do the work to get there. There will probably be complications, problems may crop up, and we might have to overcome serious hurdles. Few roads are paved, but if we want to be successful, we can manage whatever lies ahead. Our lives are ours to design, and nothing is out of reach. By trusting ourselves, focusing on the goal, and doing the work, we will reach every destination we desire.
People are creative and there are all kinds of ideas about how to live our lives and become successful. There are get rich quick schemes that sound promising, but rarely work. We might get constant suggestions for ways to cut corners, and slip around details. We can do anything we like, but nothing will take us to success more effectively than good planning and consistent work. We know what we want, and have everything we need to achieve it. We can step forward with confidence, and be sure we will prevail.
We may face a time when the goal we’re working toward turns out to be much harder to reach than we thought at the beginning, and the effort it will take to achieve it is more than we can manage. If we cannot continue forward right now, we can set the goal aside until our situation changes and we have the resources we need to move ahead. Life is long, and there will be time to go back and capture whatever we desire. Success is always possible. We can have the lives we dream about, and achieve greatness.
Today if there’s something you want to gain, but haven’t yet stepped forward to make it yours, decide what you want the most. You are intelligent and capable, and nothing is out of reach. Every destination is waiting for you. Do what is necessary to achieve the goals you desire most. There is great success just ahead, and you will reach it.
