Keep Climbing

There are unlimited things we can accomplish in our lives. We can achieve any goal we desire and reach any destination before us. The world is filled with opportunities to learn something new, gain new skills, and visit new locations. We can do anything we want. We can set our sights on the goal we want the most and step forward to make it ours. We can’t see the future and although we may do everything possible to plan the journey, there will likely be unexpected developments and complications along the way. But if we remain focused on the road ahead and keep our eyes trained on the destination, we will reach it. Like getting to the top of a high mountain, once we arrive it feels wonderful – we did it! We accomplished what we set out to do. It’s great when we reach the prize, and once we succeed, we may stop for a while taking time to appreciate what we’ve done. We have overcome and won this challenge, but the world is full of mountains and our potential is unlimited. There are more things to do and every road stretches ahead to the next pinnacle. The top of one mountain is just the bottom of the next. We don’t have to climb them all and can be happy where we are, but if we want to reach further and see how far we can go, we can keep climbing and take on the next adventure. Living life fully and pushing ourselves to be more than we are now and opening new doors ahead will bring us great experience and satisfaction. The world is huge, and the possibilities are limitless. By trusting ourselves and going further than we think we can, our lives will be enriched, and we’ll gain a greater understanding of ourselves and the world around us. There is so much to be learned and so many places to go. Every opportunity is there for us, and we can make them ours.

It can be intimidating to step into the unknown. We don’t know what to expect or what we’ll find, and things could go sideways and get dicey. We can always stay exactly where we are, where we’re comfortable and know what’s going on. Keeping our lives small and staying within the bounds of what we know is easy, but there are unlimited blessings waiting for us if we’re willing to take the chance of finding them.

Some goals seem impossible to reach. They may require a lot of planning, or skills we don’t possess and are unsure we could manage. While some destinations are surely harder to reach than others, often we find that once we take the first step the road ahead isn’t as daunting or difficult as we thought it would be. We are far more capable and intelligent than we may realize, and there isn’t anything we can’t accomplish. We can shoot for the moon and reach the stars far beyond.

Today if you’re thinking about a big goal but aren’t sure you can do it, trust yourself. You are amazing and powerful. There isn’t anything you can’t conquer. Every single blessing, and every dream is there for you. Step forward and move toward the destinations you desire. Nothing can keep you from achieving anything. There is great happiness ahead, and you will succeed.

The Highest Rung

Life is full of challenges and unexpected developments that complicate our lives and may cause stress and discomfort. Even if we make every decision perfectly, things may go wrong. When we suddenly have to face a serious setback, out of frustration and irritation, we may lose our temper and lash out. “How can this be happening?” we might demand. When we’re carefully measuring our steps moving forward, and focusing on the road ahead, if the bottom suddenly falls away and we’re left stranded trying to find our footing, it can be hard to figure out what to do next. We can scream and yell, and blame those around us, or the situation we’re in, and that might make us feel better, but it will change nothing. We only have control over our own decisions, and the world may butt in and interrupt our plans. Things may go wrong, we may get stopped in our tracks, and the road we were on may disappear, but we can still find the way forward. Reaching for success isn’t always easy. Often the greater the goal we’re striving for, the harder the road will be to get there. When we’re climbing for success, we must reach for highest rung on the ladder. We may slip and fall down a few steps, and if we’re frustrated and tired, we can stay there. But we will only reach success if we continue to climb. It doesn’t matter what gets in the way, we will find the road around it. If we have to wait, the goal will still be there for us. We already possess everything we need to do anything we want. We can be confident and consistent moving forward, and reach any destination we desire.

We can do anything we like and design our lives any way we choose. If we want mediocre lives filled with routine and sameness, it’s easy to achieve. We can settle for whatever comes and be satisfied coasting along. But if we want to experience greatness and strive for the best we can be, we must step away from what is common and comfortable, and reach for something higher. We are far more capable than we realize and nothing is too far away for us to reach. We can aim high, and reach any goal we choose. All options are possible, and nothing can keep us from success.

Talking about what we want to achieve may help us clarify where we want to go, but talking won’t move us closer to the goal. Progress forward requires action. We can think about what we want to do, and dream of goals we want to achieve, but we must actually step forward and do what is needed to obtain them. The world is filled with possibilities, and we have all the courage and wisdom we need to accomplish anything. We can trust ourselves and believe in our capacity to overcome any obstacle. By moving ahead with clarity and focus, we can have the lives we desire most.

Today if there’s a goal you want to achieve, make a plan to reach success and start moving forward. You are powerful and capable, and can accomplish anything you desire. Reach for the highest rung on the ladder and claim the prize. Every blessing is there for you, and all your dreams are possible. Step forward with certainty, and you will succeed.
